FAQ

Is the drinkware BPA-free?

Yes — all of our bottles, tumblers, and lids are certified BPA-free. Stainless interiors are 18/8 food-grade steel; acrylic tumblers are BPA-free copolyester; glass tumblers are borosilicate.

Is the drinkware dishwasher safe?

Insulated stainless bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe but we recommend hand-washing to extend the vacuum-seal lifespan. Acrylic tumblers are top-rack dishwasher safe. Glass tumblers are dishwasher safe top or bottom rack.

How long does the insulation last?

Our 20 oz insulated bottle keeps liquid cold for 16-24 hours and hot for 8-12 hours, tested at room temperature with the lid sealed. Opening the lid resets the curve.

What is the actual fluid capacity?

Capacity is measured to the bottom of the lid threads, not the rim — so a 20 oz bottle holds 20 oz with a sealed lid. Add ice and the usable liquid volume drops by 15-20%.

Are the straws stainless or silicone?

Both — our reusable straw sets include stainless and silicone straws plus a cleaning brush. Silicone is safer for kids and dental work; stainless rinses faster.

Can I put hot coffee in the acrylic cold-cup tumbler?

No — acrylic tumblers are rated for cold drinks only (under 120°F). For hot drinks use the travel coffee mug or an insulated stainless bottle.

Does the bottle fit standard cupholders?

Our 20 oz insulated bottle and travel coffee mug fit standard car cupholders. The 32 oz wide-mouth bottle does not — it is for desk and gym use.

Can I return a bottle I've already used?

Unused, unwashed drinkware in original packaging — yes, within 30 days. Once a bottle has been filled, washed, or used (even rinsed), it is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Defective seals or insulation failure within 30 days — email a photo, free replacement.
